What we do

What would it taketo meet the buyerwho never cameto your booth?

We design, build and run the ways of reaching new buyers that your company never switched on. Outreach sits at the center. Everything else on this page exists to make that outreach land with people who are rightly cautious about a new device.

The core

Outreach written for one person at a time

Where we start

We start with the accounts that should know you and the roles that decide: value analysis, supply chain, biomedical engineering, department heads, lab leadership. Then we research each person until we can say something useful to them about their own work.

Each message is written for that person alone and read by a human before it goes. We reach people who have a reason to hear from you, and anyone who says stop is never contacted again. It is slower than blasting a list. It is also the only version a hospital buyer will answer.

Around it

The authority layer

A buyer who gets a thoughtful note will look you up. What they find decides whether they reply. So we make sure there is something worth finding.

  • A site that answers the questions a clinical or procurement buyer asks, in their language.
  • Press that puts your thinking in front of the right trade audience.
  • Short video that shows the people and the reasoning behind the product.

Running it

Run beside you, measured honestly

Before anything starts, we agree a baseline with you: where things stand and what a good outcome looks like for your company. Then we run the channels and report against that baseline in plain language. Conversations with real buyers count. Vanity numbers do not.

The point of it all

Then we hand it over

We are not trying to become a permanent line on your budget. When the engine is producing pipeline, it moves to your side of the table, complete.

  • The playbook, written down, for your market.
  • The data: accounts, roles, research and what each buyer said.
  • The outreach steps and the messages that worked.
  • Your own people, trained to run it without us.

A good fit

Established device and equipment companies

You make or distribute something hospitals, clinics or labs rely on. You grew on referrals, distributors and trade shows. You know there are buyers out there who would want what you make, and you have never had a reliable way to reach them.

Probably not a fit

Teams that already run this well

If you already have a strong outreach team, a site that answers buyer questions and a steady flow of new conversations, you may not need us. We would rather tell you that in the buyer map than sell you something you have.

Curious which door you never opened?

Ask for your buyer map. We read your company, look at how buyers reach you today and send back a plain, honest view of where a new channel would fit.
